Accomodation
LeChiaviDiCasa is a holiday apartment designed to meet the need for SPACE, INDEPENDENCE and FREEDOM of every traveller.
Whether for business or pleasure, short or long, your stay will always be peaceful and comfortable.
The Appio district, quiet and safe, offers services, restaurants and shops of all kinds as well as the convenience of getting around the city easily by public transport. The Furio Camillo metro station is only 150m away (less than a 2-minute walk) and the Tuscolana train station, for direct transfer to Fiumicino airport, is only 700m away. The property, on the first floor with lift, is located in a quiet block of flat with step-free access on the street that allows access without architectural barriers to people with disabilities. Two large bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, the living room with kitchen and the service room with washing machine and dryer are distributed over a total of 90 square metres. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Returning after admiring the Eternal City will be a bit like coming home because you will not only find a place to sleep but a welcoming environment to dream!
DuckRoom
The spacious and quiet DuckRoom can accommodate up to 3 guests. It is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, double bed and a comfortable armchair that allows guests to relax and, if necessary, provides an additional third single bed.
The DuckRoom has an en-suite bathroom with window and shower. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. The room is equipped with bed linen and towels.
RabbitRoom
The RabbitRoom, with its dual corner exposure and a charming balcony, is spacious and bright and can accommodate up to 3 people. A baby cot can also be added, making it a fully-fledged family room. A desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, a small hallway and an en-suite bathroom make the RabbitRoom a suite that offers all the necessary comforts. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. The room is provided with bed linen and towels.
LivingRoom
In the LivingRoom, guests of LeChiaviDiCasa can relax, enjoy breakfast or prepare a full meal thanks to the kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The room is complete with 2 tables for 4 people each, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a comfortable 3-seater sofa which, thanks to the double pull-out bed, allows 2 additional guests to stay overnight, ideal for larger groups.
Guests have at their disposal tableware, small appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster, as well as detergents and kitchen linen.
Entrance and ServiceRoom
At the entrance to ChiaviDiCasa guests will find a small library equipped with brochures, maps and books that describe and encourage them to discover the wonders of Rome.
Guests will usually be welcomed from Host , although it is possible make SELF Check-in and Check-out via Key-box.
The ServiceRoom offers guests the possibility to use a washing machine and dryer. Detergent and small cleaning products are also available for small chores.
